St. Patrick’s Cathedral is the seat of the Diocese of Bridgetown with Bishop Neil Scantlebury as its bishop.
Fr. Charles Dominique is the Administrator. Other clergy members are Fr. Vibert Stephens, Fr. Winston Layne and Deacon George Waithe.
The Parish Pastoral Council assists with administration of the parish.
